Friday On My Mind

“It’s just me and my four hours sleep against the world! My goals today are simple, keep a clam heart, learn something new and share some hope with someone who’s lost theirs.”

A note to self, after a night of little sleep.

Painted in peacock colours and with a 1940’s feel, this piece is about the decisions on how we will show up when life presents us with challenges. It’s not referring to the big, life changing tragedies, but rather, the day-to-day difficulties that have us operating at less than our best. It’s the choices we make at these times, that define the kind of person we are, and how we will impact others for better or worse. RL
