This painting is an exploration and celebration of equanimity, the state of remaining calm and composed, especially through difficulty.
Perhaps there is no greater challenge or demonstration of inner strength, than to resist the fire of emotion that entices us to act or respond in the moment.
Stay soft, be humble and build a strong core, so that when the world bites, it breaks a tooth. (RL)
